Brand-new and well stocked room with climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV, and incredible view of the ocean and the pool from it. Comfortable beds, clean pool. Good food, comfortable and peaceful location in the designated areas.

The total stay was fabulous for first-time travelers to Thailand. Everyone we encountered was lovely and good. - This hotel was located in a beachfront area not far from the main nightlife and especially Olivio and the Chawang beach in Koh Samui.

- Personnel staff attitude was very good (despite some problems with English communication) - very good restaurant (Olivio) - good menu, excellent service, exceptional value for money - nice beachside view from the pool

- The rooms are rather outdated - old wooden furniture, but nevertheless clean - location - a bit too far from central Chaweng - where most of the action takes place - normally wireless Internet is chargeable

I absolutely loved my stay at this beach resort. The staff, especially Ace and Pa, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were also amazing with the kids. The rooms had a modern Thai bungalow vibe and were very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful lagoon-like water. The hotel also had a great pool, including a shallow area for young children. I enjoyed the complimentary use of kayaks and paddle boards. The cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star beachfront hotel. The location on the beautiful sandy beach was absolutely breathtaking. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel, which was reliable and reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a variety of leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The beach access was a major plus, allowing me to relax and soak up the sun. I was impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel! The beach was really close, just a short walk away, which was great for morning strolls. The pool was also really nice to swim in and was surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. Our room was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The air conditioning was quite loud, but we soon got used to it. The bathroom was a bit dated and could do with some modernising.

What a fantastic time we had during our romantic getaway! The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved the beautiful grounds with the lush greenery and stunning flowers. The pool area was great, always clean and there were plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and close to some of the best restaurants and attractions in town. The best part was the complimentary fruit basket that was left in our room.

Sadly, there were a couple of things that we did not enjoy during our stay. Firstly, the air conditioning was too cold in our room, but after speaking to the staff, they quickly fixed it. Secondly, the breakfast was average with limited options. Despite this, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a romantic and peaceful getaway.
